Educational Purpose

Arc Insight is an educational coaching and analytics platform. It is not a medical device, electronic health record, credentialing authority, or substitute for professional judgment, institutional policy, supervision, or patient-care documentation.

Authorized Use

Users must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, use the Services only for authorized educational or administrative purposes, and comply with applicable institutional policies and laws.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not enter patient identifiers or protected health information; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security; copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Services; impersonate another person; falsify evaluations; or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Institutional Administration

Institutions may control account access, roles, data visibility, retention, and use of educational information. White Arc is not responsible for employment, promotion, remediation, credentialing, or disciplinary decisions made by an institution.

Intellectual Property

The Services, software, design, trademarks, content, and related intellectual property are owned by White Arc or its licensors. Limited access does not transfer ownership.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta or pilot functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” White Arc disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms, security concerns, institutional direction, or discontinuation of the Services.
